We understand you may have a busy lifestyle! We got you covered even if you’re not home! When you become a weekly client, you will come home to a well-manicured lawn.
The process is extremely simple! We will add you to our weekly route cycle for a specific day and service your lawn 6-8 days, contingent upon weather, with your specific day as the reference point.
Prior to being added to our route cycle and weekly lawn care services being rendered, we require an active credit card to remain on file. Your weekly or bi-weekly service invoice will be automatically debited, using your card on file at the time services are being rendered.
In the event of the card on file fails to authorize, the customer will immediately be removed from our route cycle and be subject to a $25 reinstatement fee for the inconvenience. Services will be resumed the following week after payment has been made and any remaining account balance has been paid in full.
Payment for all landscaping projects will be rendered as follows:
50% deposit charged @job acceptance – prior to work being rendered, remaining balance to be charged in full @ job completion.
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. If you choose to use a credit/debit card there will be a 4% convenience fee applied. Otherwise, we accept check, cash, money order, Zelle, Venmo or cash app.
50% initial deposits are 100% fully refundable due to unforeseen circumstances up to 3 days prior to services being rendered.
We use Stripe payment processing. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider used by Instacart, Lyft, Wayfair and many more US merchants. They offer level one payment processing security, which is the highest grade. Rest assured your information is safe and secure!
